ABOUT ME

My primary focus is on building fundamentally solid eCommerce businesses that are scalable and profitable. I was co-owner of Khara Kapas - a much-beloved pioneer of sustainable, artisanal, direct-to-consumer fashion in India. By the time I exited in Jan 2021, it had scaled to customers in over 40 countries, an omnichannel presence across formats, recognition from global, sustainable fashion collectives, and a six-figure following on Instagram.

 

I now leverage my extensive experience with Khara Kapas to help founders of premium lifestyle brands achieve significant eCommerce success. I work with founders to improve processes related to sales, marketing, operations, technology and sustainability. While working alongside them, I also aim to build as much competence and expertise as possible into their respective in-house teams, to have them function in a fully independent and capable manner.

Service delivery: Remote, via Zoom, phone call and Whatsapp

You can use the hours as and when you need them (subject to availability) over the month.

 

You can also choose to book additional hours (subject to availability) as and when required pro-rata.
